At TaxTip, we provide professional tax consultancy and compliance services with complete dedication, time commitment, and personalized efforts. Since our services involve expert time, documentation, consultation, and government processes, we follow a clear and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a booked service by contacting us through email: info@taxtip.in However, cancellation and refund depend on the status of work already performed.

Service Status Refund Eligibility
Work not yet started Up to 50% Refund (after admin charges & consultant time)
Work already started (Consulting / document review done) No Refund
Filing/Submission to Government initiated or completed No Refund

Note: Government/statutory fees once paid cannot be refunded under any situation.

Non-Refundable Services

Refund is not applicable for:

  • Income Tax filing services
  • GST filing and registration services
  • TDS return filing
  • PAN / TAN related services
  • Any service involving government payment or portal filing
  • Personalized advisory/consultation already delivered

Because these services involve time-based expertise and regulatory submissions that cannot be reversed.

Rescheduling & Modification

If you are unable to avail the service on the scheduled time:

  • You may reschedule once without extra charges (with minimum 3 days prior notice)
  • Urgent or repeated rescheduling may incur additional fees
  • Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability

Service Delay Due to Client

If we are unable to complete your work due to delay in document submission or lack of response from your side:

  • The service will be kept on hold for up to 30 days
  • No refund will be issued in such cases

Cancellation by TaxTip

In exceptional situations, if TaxTip must cancel the service due to internal reasons:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • OR client can choose to reschedule without extra cost

We will not be responsible for losses due to delays caused by government portals or external agencies.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment mode.
Delay may occur depending on banking/payment gateway policies.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to cancellation or refund will be handled by our internal support team.
Management’s decision will be final and binding.
